Center for English Teaching and Research
The Center for English Teaching and Research of College English Department was established in 2016. The center, coordinated by Dr. Du Juan, has 5 members.
This research center focuses on English teaching and research, along with studies on multiple academic fields including foreign literature, foreign linguistics, translation and second language acquisition. Staff in this center are devoted to integrating the professional knowledge of the members with college English teaching, systematically exploring all kinds of phenomena related to English education, exploring the relevant contents of faculty development, stimulating teachers' enthusiasm for teaching and scientific research, and improving the quality of English teaching and scientific research, so as to serve teachers and students better.
